The vegan food actually tasted really good, better than I expected. I enjoyed the flavors and would probably order it again. That said, after I paid, I felt a little unsure about the whole process because there wasn’t much confirmation or communication, so I was kind of left wondering if everything was okay

"My Cava online order was disappointing"
I ordered from cava.com and was let down. I even double-checked my email receipt afterward because I was wondering if the order had sat for a while before pickup or delivery. The greens were kind of wilted, and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out too long. A few bites were fine, but overall it just didn’t feel fresh. I usually really like Cava, so this was disappointing. I probably won’t order online again for a bit.

The app has been really simple to use, and my rewards show up quickly, which I definitely appreciate. I’ve ordered pickup a bunch of times and never had any issues. anything more complicated would be unnecessary because it already does what I need...

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to CAVA support. They replied quickly and got it sorted without turning it into a whole hassle. The person I spoke with was friendly and actually sounded real, not like those copy-paste replies. Something about it just made the whole experience feel easy. I’m happy with how they handled it and I’d definitely use them again

"Finally, an Easy Ordering Experience"
I’ve used cava a few times now for both delivery and pickup, it’s been a relief. I’m kind of worn out from dealing with food apps and restaurants messing up orders or making pickup way more complicated than it needs to be, but this was actually smooth. Delivery showed up fast and the food was still warm, which is really what I care about most. Pickup was easy too, I just grabbed my order from the shelf and was out. No awkward waiting around, no missing items, no hassle. Solid experience all around, 5 stars from me.

The food was okay, nothing terrible, but I kept feeling like I was getting fooled a bit. The portions were small, and once the extra fees started adding up, the total felt way higher than it should’ve been. I left feeling like it just wasn’t worth the money.

"Really Friendly Lunch Spot"
Stopped by cava for lunch the staff was super nice. The person making my bowl was really patient while I figured out my toppings and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, even though it was busy. The food was really good too, but the friendly service stood out the most to me. I’m giving 4 stars just because the line moved a little slow, but overall it was a really nice experience

"Really quick and easy"
I ordered on cava.com and it was super quick, like quicker than I expected. The pages loaded fast, checkout was fast, and my order was ready without me having to wait around. It’s just nice when a site works the way it’s supposed to work. I’d definitely use it again.

"Clean, Easy Lunch Spot"
I stopped by Cava for lunch and was impressed with how clean everything was. The tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and the food prep area didn’t look messy at all. It just made the whole meal feel more comfortable. I’d definitely go back, and I’d recommend it to a friend looking for a quick, clean place to grab lunch.

I really like that I can build my bowl exactly how I want. There are plenty of toppings and sauces, so it’s easy to switch things up or swap something out. Because of that, it never feels like I’m eating the same thing every time.

"Great Spot When Everyone Wants Something Different"
I really like how many options they have here. You can go with a bowl, pita, or salad, then mix and match the dips, protein, and toppings however you want. It makes it super easy when you’re ordering with a group and everyone’s in the mood for something different. I’ve been a few times and it never feels like I’m getting the same meal twice. Definitely a solid go-to spot

"I got a bowl from CAVA…"
I got a bowl from CAVA and was kind of surprised by how much they put in it. There was a solid amount of rice, protein, and toppings, not those little tiny scoops you get at some places. I’d say I was pretty much full and still had maybe a few bites left over. Definitely felt worth it to me.

I stopped by the other day, at least I think it was earlier this week, and they seemed to have all the ingredients available. I was kind of expecting to miss something and have to come back later, but nope, everything I needed was there. Made the whole thing way easier than I planned.
